More Images from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Property layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore featured in this latest photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying distinct parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.

More materials made public as part of the current oversight process.
